Born and raised here in Tulsa. I started my grooming career at the age of 19. I worked with my mother and younger sister in the farm shopping center and later moving with that company down the street to 61^st and Sheridan.  From there, I went to work for Catoosa Small Animal Hospital for several years.  I did short stays in Claremore, East Tulsa and Broken Arrow before deciding to buy or open a salon of my own. 

In March of 2009 I bought Dazzle Dog.  After the purchase I just added my first name changing it to Kelly’s Dazzle Dog.  We were in 650 sq feet when we purchased and 6 months later expanded even further. This year we’ve made another move to 3346 E 51st St.- make sure you come by and check it out!

The staff at Kelly’s Dazzle Dog have collectively made it a very positive and professional environment.  I have personally trained and worked beside all of our groomers, some who have several years’ experience with us.

My husband Paul is also a very important part of the business and has been involved since day one.  He handles the business side and runs the front end of the grooming shop.

One of my career accomplishments I am most proud of is my extensive hand scissoring experience. In today’s busy world there aren’t many groomers that have the ability or experience to hand scissor.

You may not see all of our groomers on the same day – we have some that only work when we need them – such as Christmas and Thanksgiving.
